Brian's Atypical Bilateral Clubfeet.
Started non-Ponseti age 4 days until age 21 months. Included 6 months of casts followed by
using AFOs and Physical Therapy until 20 months.
Ponseti casting started at age 21 months in Iowa City.
ATTT surgery done in Iowa May 30, 2000 - age 25 months.
Today, 7 years later at age 9 1/2 years.

My concerns here include how little dorsiflexion he can manage when bending or squatting, and
also when just trying to pull his own foot up (without any assistance) shown in photos 9, 11, 17, 20,
I'm also concerned with how far to the inside his feet lay over, as shown in the 4th photo below.
Photo 10 shows his feet in a relaxed state, and they look quite deformed.
There is also the "C" shape to the foot with the big toes splaying out far from the foot to help him
keep his balance which isn't so evident in still-photos but when he walks/runs it's drastic.
